Beam and Pot
Beam & pot is an alternative solution to Hollowcore plank systems at upper floors. It is cost effective, flexible in design, simple to install and has quick lead in times.

The system consists of the CUBE6 150mm deep beam with 100mm deep infill pots designed in accordance with the Robust Details for Part E floors. The infill pots are ‘T’ shaped units that fit 50mm below the top of the beam and flush with its base. Once the floor pots are laid the space above the pot and between the beams is then filled with 50mm concrete giving a floor mass in excess of 300kg/m2. The floor is then finished with either a screed, as shown, or a floating floor.
